A Natural Approach to Rising Health Epidemics

By  |

Modern research shows that over 93% of the world’s population will encounter at least one of these ailments in their lifetime. With advances in science and an understanding of the human body, these companies aim to make these health risks a thing of the past. Using an all natural approach is believed to be the key to having the body heal itself rather than becoming chemically dependent on substances that can cause harm in other areas.

Diabetes affects an estimated 422 million adults world-wide. The number has quadrupled since 1980, now affecting 8.4% of the adult population. The most common form is Type 2 diabetes, accounting for 95% of all cases. In Type 2, the body can’t use insulin the right way. As Type 2 progresses, the pancreas makes less and less insulin allowing sugar to build up in the blood stream. Fortunately, Type 2 diabetes is preventable and treatable. If ignored, diabetes can lead to life-threatening complications like heart disease, foot damage or amputation, nerve damage, and even Alzheimer’s.

Weight Loss

At the time of this article more than 2 billion adults are overweight. Once considered a high-income country problem, weight epidemics are rapidly rising in both low- and middle-income countries as well, particularly in urban settings. Studies show that extra weight plays a huge role on the bodies ability to handle stress, the impact on our joints and even our lifespan. Obesity is now considered the number one killer and will claim more lives than both cancer and smoking combined.

Free Radicals

Do you have dirty blood?

Do you eat fried foods, drink alcohol, or smoke? Do you ever eat nonorganic foods? Do you live in a city? If yes, then you’re exposed to a DAILY assault from free radicals. Free radicals are in pesticides, air pollutants, the foods you eat, and even the water you drink.

Free radicals are unstable molecules. They cause damage to your body through oxidation, the same process that turns an apple turn brown. Free radicals rampage through your body reacting with compounds and oxidizing them. High levels of oxidative stress affect every organ in the human body and lower the quality of your blood. This speeds up aging of the body and mind and causes a wide range of illnesses and diseases like cancer.

You can fight free radical damage with antioxidants, the “free radical scavengers”. Antioxidants help prevent, neutralize, and eradicate free radicals before they damage vital molecules.

Hearing Loss

Hearing loss is the third most common physical condition in the world and is typically accompanied by Tinnitus. Imagine a constant ringing or buzzing in your ears. It never gives you a break. Nobody else can hear it, but you. This is not a part of your imagination. This is Tinnitus.  It affects almost 15% of the public and is highly correlated with hearing loss. The primary cause of tinnitus is exposure to noise and veterans are one of the biggest sufferers. Of all soldiers exposed to blasts in Iraq and Afghanistan, nearly half suffer from Tinnitus. There are treatment options that can ease Tinnitus. Act now before it becomes debilitating and threatens your quality of life.

I used natural Turmeric tablets from a company called Future You in Cambridge for six weeks and had noticably positive results. I have now started making myself a Turmeric drink every morning and anticipate experiencing the benefits in about 3 weeks – Glass of warm water, teaspoon of Turmeric powder, pinch of finely ground pepper stir and drink whilst still warm – hope this works for you !

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is important and everything.
Nevertheless imagine if you added some great images or video clips to give your posts
more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with images
and video clips, this site could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its
    field. Very good blog!

BRILLIANT. It is high time we collectively endorsed “personal responsibility” for our health by educating people on how the processed food industry takes advantage of peoples ignorance about the need for good nutrition, pure water, pure air and exercise to build healthy bodies. We also need to counter the bombardment of misinformation by the equally profit oriented pharmaceutical industry that their synthetic drugs are the answer to “lifestyle induced” but preventable diseases. A headache is not caused by a lack of aspirin and since ALL drugs are by definition :poisonous: to the body and do not contribute to building healthy cells an tissues it is high time we spent more on prevention and less on merely treating symptoms!
